Organoleptic characteristics
Clear golden colour, brilliant with fine mousse. Pure aroma with hints of toasted walnuts, fresh apple and pear, notes of citrus fruits and flowery perfume. Palate is luminous, fresh and distinct, with a rather subtle consistency, good purity and elegantly pure and sharp fruity notes of Chardonnay, hazelnut and ripe citrus fruits with a long and creamy finale.

Distinguished by its exuberant mousse and fine elegant perlage, delicate and persistent aroma characterized by fresh and fruity notes, with persuasive hints of red fruits. Rose hues can be more or less intense. Flavour is sapid, fine, fresh and harmonious.
